What is the downtime?
The recovery time depends on the depth of the needles used. Mild redness and swelling may occur after treatment, which may last two to three days.
How many treatments will I need?
Multiple treatments are usually recommended, several weeks apart. It can take 3 to 6 months to see the full effect of treatment.
Can other treatments be combined with microneedling?
Microneedling treatments are sometimes combined with the application of active ingredients, to improve results. Radiofrequency devices often use microneedling to improve their efficacy.
